At the Board of Directors Meeting of our Company;
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Company’s Articles of Association, “The Board of Directors shall elect a Chairman from among its members and a Deputy Chairman to represent him in his absence.”, Mr. Hüseyin AYDIN was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Yasin AYAZ was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
